Al Moosa Enterprises and pioneered the concept of hotel apartments in the region, aims to attract a bigger share of the European market especially the German tourists when the team attends this year’s ITB Berlin, the world’s leading travel trade show.

The hotel apartments receive a good volume of business from Germany and UK in 2015 and hope to continue to increase the number for 2016 by actively seeking to remain competitive in this ever growing market.

Ms Nives Deininger, Director of Sales, said: “ITB is must attend exhibition in our trade because it is a great platform to reach out to German speaking tour operators. We need to continue our presence in the European market although we are well known in the country but ITB is where we meet and strengthen our ties with our key partners in Germany.”

The team along with Mr. Mohammed Khoori, General Manager will be exhibiting with Dubai’s Department of Tourism Commerce & Marketing (DTCM) and will update their partners on the ongoing refurbishing work at Golden Sands apartments.

She added: “Golden Sands is actively seeking to remain competitive in an ever growing market, and as such we are refurbishing our apartments in stages. Golden Sands 10 apartments were completed over the last two years, however we will be refurbishing its lobby. We will complete the balance rooms in Golden Sands 3, as well as refurbishing other key public areas. The market has become more competitive and with many budget properties opening in Dubai, it is vital to stay connected and remain competitive. We need to maintain our relationship with our business partners and continue to offer excellent service and facilities to our guests.”

The team hopes to gain new insights on the latest industry trend to help them attract the existing growing markets such as Scandinavia and approaching new markets.
