Last year Cipriani Yas Island inaugurated its ‘Truffle Season’; a whole month dedicated to devouring the best of Italian food topped with the most delectable, gastronomic treat…truffles! Crowds rushed to Yas Island’s hottest fine-dining destination to grab a piece of magic. We loved it; we wanted more, we got more!
This October Cipriani Yas Island will yet again be pairing up with ‘The Truffle Man’ himself, Massimo Vidoni, to celebrate the ‘Diamond of the Kitchen’ with a fresh offering of sumptuous classics, made better with truffles. Last year saw some amazing creations including a truffle topped Steak Tartare ‘alla Cipriani’ and a mouth-wateringly delicious Veal Picante served up with generous lashings of rich truffle…we can’t wait to see what they will offer up this time!
