New exciting and bigger race grids for the Radical Middle East Cup this November

AUH Motorsport brings in new race cars, aspiring drivers and some serious actions to the tracks.

 

While everyone is taking a break during this Ramadan, Radical Middle East Cup’s distributor in the United Arab Emirates, AUH Motorsport is actively setting up great races with an impressive Radical driver line up for the coming 2015-2016 Radical Middle East Cup series. The extremely successfully race series that has been running for several years now has made a remarkable footprint in the motorsport world here in the region.

This encourages us to progress on our campaign to make continuing improvements to each series worthy of everyone’s hardwork and passion.”

 

The Radical Middle East Cup (RMEC), home of Radical sports car racing in the Middle East, is keeping its promise to provide value to each competitor  while minimizing costs. New Masters and Supersports cars are being imported from Europe with enhanced specifications and aerodynamics. Trainings and track days for existing drivers and aspiring ones are ongoing throughout the summer months to prepare them for their first race of the season.

 

Currently, RMEC has 24 registered Radical drivers – a combination of expats and locals. With this coming season, the popularity of the sport is also gaining interest from women in the region. This is something to look out for as it the first time women are getting involved in a sport dominated by men in this side of the world.

 

The end of October will see the Radical European Masters Series visiting the Yas Marina circuit for the final round of their championship series. Featuring both SR3 and SR8 Radical race cars, the event will provide a great seasons opener and will give local drivers the opportunity to test their skills against the best and most experienced Radical drivers in the world.
