Following the huge success of the first 3 Tranformers films, where their total boxoffice gross topped more than $1billion, director Michael Bay sets his way back for a fourth one, Transformers: Age of Extinction! Actually, he wasn’t originally going to direct a fourth movie but had an experience that changed his mind… after Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011), Bay finally got to visit the Transformers ride at Universal Studios. Upon seeing fans waiting three blocks for the attraction, he realized he wasn’t ready to give up the franchise just yet. Back to the latest installment, four years after the events of Transformers: Dark of the Moon, a mechanic (Mark Whalberg) and his daughter discover a deactivated Optimus Prime. Meanwhile, a powerful, ingenious businessman and a group of scientists attempt to learn from past Transformer incursions and push the boundaries of technology beyond what they can control… And you can’t have Transformers rolling in and out, without being centered by the original voice of Optimus Prime, Peter Cullen, who is back once again for the Autobots call! Besides all the awaiting excitement, Hasbro released an app on surrounding the film available for iOS and Android devices, allowing users to access exclusive material such as character biographies, images, and interviews with the stars, among other things… specially the film series newcomers Dinobots!
