The Garden Show closed its doors on Saturday May 31 after 5 days of joy, cheerfulness and good mood. With the theme of Jounayne, meaning both garden and little paradise in Arabic, more than 23,000 garden lovers visited around 220 stands where they could find stunning garden designs and plants in full bloom, latest garden furniture and striking decorative pieces.
Visitors had the chance to get the inspiration and know-how to prepare, plant and decorate their garden or terrace and create their own little piece of paradise.
The opening was attended by the President of the Municipal Council of Beirut, Dr. Bilal Hamad and its members, as well as many ambassadors and social figures.
The moment that the flower garland was cut and the Garden Show officially opened, visitors flew in to discover a greener, more flowery show than ever before, bustling with life and activity.
And that’s not all! The 11th edition of the show holds many contests and events have seduced and entertained the visitors whereas the Food Court offered the public several dining possibilities to enjoy a tasteful experience under the shadowy pine trees on the sound of live music.
Within the tranquil setting of Beirut’s iconic Hippodrome, this five-day show brings a colorful, vibrant spirit to the heart of the city.
