On Tuesday 10th June, 2014 at Hotel Four Seasons Beirut CLES, represented by Carmen Chahine Debbane & Raymond Debbane, celebrated its 15th Anniversary with 400 guests including:

The event was organized by Cynthia Sarkis Perros – Luxury Limited Edition who brought them a real show with Tony Abou Jaoudeh, Cynthia Brown, Bruno Tabbal, Cyntya Karam, Maen Zakaria, Cintia Baroud & Brigitte Yaghi.


CLES “Lebanese Center for Special Education” is a non-profit organization established in 1999 by Mrs Carmen Chahine Debbane whose mission is to help all children with learning disabilities, from the age of 3 to the age of 12 years old, by offering them free personalized professional assistance. According to Carmen Chahine Debbane, president of CLES, “it is of our responsibility to promote the rights to education for all and to take in charge needy children that have disorders and learning difficulties to fight against social exclusion and delinquency”.


Today, CLES has four centers.  Beirut, Tripoli, Saida and Zahle. On the 11th of February 2013, Carmen Chahine Debbane  signed a 10-year protocol with the Ministry of Education aiming at financing the creation of 200 support classes in 200 public schools throughout Lebanon without exception, as well as a continuing education and technical support to the teachers.
