- Rotax Challenge Trophy, an 8-round series, launches for 2016-17 season
Al Ain Raceway are delighted to announce that registration is now open for the 2016-17 Rotax MAX Challenge (RMC) which will see amateur kart-drivers compete over 13 rounds, on a variety of tracks including the UAE’s only international accredited, 1.6-km track at Al Ain Raceway.
Al Ain Raceway, which has held the Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals in 2007 and 2011, sits between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, delivering high performance sporting action to drivers of all abilities on its state- of-the-art fully floodlit track.
New for 2016-17, organisers have also introduced the Rotax Challenge Trophy (RCT) which will see drivers who are unable to commit to a 13-round series compete over 8 rounds on the most popular tracks including Al Ain Raceway, Al Forsan International Sports Resort and Yas Marina Circuit.
