New Culinary Heights on Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island

With the beginning of the winter season, Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island introduces new culinary highlights. Whether guests treat themselves to Arabian luxury in the family-friendly Desert Islands Resort & Spa, live beachside bliss at Anantara Al Yamm Villas, or enjoy vast wildlife and nature at Anantara Al Sahel Villas, the choice of culinary journeys for each visitor is incomparable. Introducing four new al fresco dining options, Anantara ensures that its guests’ adventures even continue when leaving the wildlife park.

Starting into its second season, African cuisine is celebrated at Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island Al Sahel Villa Resort’s outdoor Boma BBQ and Bonfire. Guests can enjoy traditional dishes such as Boerewors, grilled venison, African Mielie Pap, as well as all their meat favourites on the braai, while admiring the natural surroundings of Sir Bani Yas Island’s wildlife reserve under the starlit sky.

Anantara Al Yamm Villa Resort invites guests to savour tempting flavours of the Mediterranean cuisine, while soaking in the views of Al Yamm’s shimmering shoreline. As scrumptious dishes are prepared at live cooking stations and succulent grills sizzle on the BBQ, chill-out tunes complement the soothing sound of the sea on Sir Bani Yas’ eastern shores.

Guests staying at Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara can now commence a journey into the heart of Arabia and indulge in local culture and traditions at Al Shams Restaurant. As they settle amidst open surrounds reminiscent of the olden days, a variety of traditional Arabic cuisine can be enjoyed and truly heartfelt hospitality can be discovered. The enchanting sounds of an Oud perfect the indigenous experience.

For those who choose to dine amidst a warm breeze to the soothing sound of the sea lapping the shore, a lavish seafood BBQ is prepared over the open fire at Amwaj Restaurant. Ceasing the night next to the crackling bonfire by the beach, guests can toast marshmallows and share stories with family and friends.

Anantara’s new dining experiences are priced at AED 280* per person (including mocktails, soft drinks and local mineral water) and AED 390* per person (including selected hops, selected cocktails and house grapes). Children dine at AED 140* per child (4-12 years old).
