This Ramadan, Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island’s guests await a day filled with exotic wildlife and bountiful nature before embracing the traditions of Iftar just steps away from the dazzling surf. On the occasion of the Holy Month, Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island introduces a new day visit special. The special is available from June 6 – July 5 and takes guests on an unforgettable journey to explore the wonders of an Arabian oasis.
The Ramadan day visit commences daily at 2.00 pm* from Jebel Dhanna Sir Bani Yas Island jetty. Embarking on a scenic resort boat transfer, guests can soak up magnificent views across crystal clear waters, before reaching secluded luxury at Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara. Here, guests are invited to discover an unending horizon of turquoise ocean on the northern shores of Sir Bani Yas Island or to enjoy intimate walled tropical gardens surrounding the resort’s free-form infinity-edge swimming pool.
At 5.30 pm a journey discovering the wonders of a safari kingdom begins. During the 1.5 hour Nature and Wildlife Drive, participants await abundant wildlife and untamed nature. Giraffes, Arabian oryx and elegant gazelles are only a few of the over 14.000 animals that Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island is home to.
The descent of the sun is celebrated at Al Shams Restaurant & Lounge after 6.30 pm. A sumptuous four course menu featuring culinary delights of the traditional Arabic cuisine invites to embrace the traditions of Iftar. Savouring a variety of Shisha flavours at Al Shams Lounge, guests can cease the day visit before making the journey back to Jebel Dhanna Sir Bani Yas Island jetty at 10.00 pm*.
