KENZO hosted a breakfast at Angelina restaurant, in The Dubai Mall on Wednesday between 10 AM – 12 PM, overlooking the KENZO Spring Summer 16 pop-up display.


The ephemeral presentation, which runs from May 4th through May 7th, includes a exposition of different looks from the SS16 collection, a hair-braiding booth and Polaroid booth for guests and visitors to enjoy.


The KENZO collection for the Spring-Summer 2016 follows the global traveler a woman who confidently collects an unexpected mix of elements. She nonchalantly translates the souvenirs of her holiday adventures into her day-to-day wardrobe. She always has her swimwear at hand as she might find a place to stop for a dip en route to her next destination.


The color palette is a cacophonous mélange; prints are inspired by traditional weaving techniques, graphic houndstooth and chevron patterns. Scuba shoes are worn alongside sandalboots with rubber nodule soles. Belt bags stick close to the bodies; circular carabiners are fastened to handbags and worn as bracelets.


Furthermore, mall goers are offered the chance to win a KENZO bag a day during the time of the pop-up installation with the winners announced on the 8th of May.
