The French specialist in designing and producing caps and glass bottles for the perfume and cosmetics industry will be exhibiting from May 15-17, 2017 at Beautyworld Middle East, in Dubai. It takes the expertise of its engineering teams and consolidates it in an integrated production workshop, to fill 8 000 m² of storage space with products that will be brought to customers on a full-service basis, including personalized advice for each and every buyer.
Since its inception in 1946, COVERPLA gradually moved into supplying primary packaging components for cosmetics and perfumes, now its core business. This includes exclusive production of components in direct contact with the fragrance: glass flasks and capping materials (pumps, pump covers and caps)
In the injection workshop, it produces a wide range of caps, most frequently made of Surlyn. New wood and Zamac lines (of European origin only) are now also available, however, in keeping with the new trends in perfumes.
COVERPLA works with Europe’s most renowned glass-makers (Pochet, Bormioli Luigi, Saverglass) to produce its own flasks, made even more exclusive by satinized surfaces or lacquered flasks, in an almost unlimited range of colours. Flask customization to customer requirements is done in an integrated decoration workshop.
In the words of Robert Balma, COVERPLA’s Export Manager in charge of the Middle East: “We provide our customers with end-to-end service, through a single contact point, personally dedicated to each buyer. This means that each of the sales associates in the Export Department is responsible for one region in particular. In order to guarantee impeccable quality, we select only the finest suppliers exclusively in Europe, regardless of the cost this might entail. Our storage capacity, which totals 2 million glass bottles and 1 million caps, is unparalleled across the world, and makes it possible for us to respond with full flexibility and in the timeliest manner to our customers’ requests”.
Having earned its customers’ trust, the Company based in the south of France has made a name for itself across the world. Export is its main avenue for expansion and now accounts for over 65% of its total turnover. COVERPLA is furthermore present each year at 12 international trade shows in perfumes and cosmetics: exhibiting at Beautyworld Middle East is an opportunity for it to anchor the loyalty of an already-established customer base and find new outlets across all the markets in the region.
COVERPLA will be exhibiting in HALL 2– BoothS2D29 of the BEAUTYWORLD MIDDLE EAST in Dubai, at the BUSINESS FRANCE French Pavilion, from 15 to 17 May 2016.
