Acclaimed international restaurant launches a range of exciting offerings for spring
Novikov Dubai, the chic Asian restaurant and bar that combines cool and contemporary interiors with a superlative culinary offering, introduces an array of new offerings during the month of April.
Novikov’s commitment to offering an unrivalled Asian culinary journey is showcased in the open plan kitchen, with its five preparation stations, whilst its passion for the freshest produce is underlined in their eye-catching live market section of the restaurant. This concept is taken to new heights this month, with the addition of a seasonal line-up to the market section and a nod to the ancient Cherry Blossom Festival of Japan featured on the bar menu.
SPRING MARKET: EAT SEASONAL, EAT LOCAL
One of the unique features at Novikov is the fresh market section, with its array of fresh vegetables and seafood prepared fresh to order in the kitchen, or available to take home. The monthly selection for April includes a vibrant pick of organic vegetables and locally sourced fish, including whole live Norwegian red king crab, served in three different ways. Organic local red and yellow peppers grilled and served with our market fish and nutrient full Nagasaki oysters which are super plump, juicy and as health giving as they are eye-catching.
Elsewhere on the menu, Novikov is proud to offer the finest grade Japanese Wagyu beef in the Emirates; which is hand-selected grade A5-12 sourced from from Horijo, Saitama, Japan. Only the prime cuts of sirloin or rib eye make the menu, for an unrivalled display of culinary excellence.
DRINK UP THE SPRING CHERRY BLOSSOM FESTIVAL
From the end of March to early May, Sakura blooms all over Japan, marking the annual Spring Cherry Blossom Festival. This fragrant celebration is marked at Novikov with the bespoke creation of three delicately balanced mocktails, inspired by the colours and the sweet-tart flavours of the season. These blends include the Lychee: Fresh and Delicate, a puree mixed with raw local honey and homemade peach tea, the G&C: To Burst Your Energy, a freshly squeezed organic carrots and ginger juice, and the Pineapple Cooler: Fruity & Spicy, a homemade pineapple puree mixed with yuzu juice and cucumber with a pinch of almond syrup. Guests are invited to select one, or try all three of the blends, lingering in the bar or lounge area and enjoying the signature Novikov ambiance.
