Pre-Brunch Cookery School launches at renowned Indian restaurant Bombay Brasserie, Taj Hotel Dubai
Dubai, (4) April 2016: Modelled on its iconic namesake in London- Bombay Brasserie, Dubai’s fine dining Indian restaurant located at the super luxurious Taj Hotel in Business Bay, today announces a unique new pre-brunch cooking class experience with its restaurants Executive Chef Jitin Joshi and Head Chef Ajay Negi.
That’s right, guests can take their seats at the iconic restaurants chefs counter for 12pm and learn from the best with a unique cooking class. Guests can learn how to create authentic Indian delicasies and some fantastic Bombay Brasserie signature dishes, before moving on to enjoy their handiwork and the newley enhanced Bombay Brunch from 1-4pm with an unlimited selection of a la carte dishes, paired wines and signature cocktails.
Avialable once a month on a Friday, the resaurants first cooking class will take place on 22nd April 2016. Resistricted to just 16 people, those who book onto the experience will receive a branded apron and chef hats (perfect for picture taking!), pen and notepads for note taking and leave with a fully loaded USB with recipes and some Bombay brasserie spices to take away to trial the dishes at home.
Each month, the cooking class will focus on a different topic, the first being ‘Tandoor’ where Chef Jitin and Chef Ajay will teach basic marinades (yogurt/oil/herbs) and breadmaking. The classes are interactive with plugs of history and hints of the restaurants legacy, making this fun filled interactive experience an educational one too perfect for couples or friends a like.
The Bombay Brasserie cooking class with brunch experience costs AED695 per person and is available to book for 22nd April 2016 – further dates are yet to be announced.
