The streets are alive with the buzz of art and Gaucho Dubai is no exception. Visual art inspired by music and icons will be on display for you to feast your eyes on by two inspirational live art virtuosos using two very different materials: salt and paint.

 

The cosmopolitan airs of Buenos Aires are sweeping their way to Gaucho which is set to become a fast-paced and buzzing South American hive where tango and art lovers will swirl, sip and see art at its finest for one night only.

 

Tango lovers take note! Dubai based artist Noush Like Sploosh will be combining simple salt with blaring beats of tango to create a one off design that will immerse the whole of Gaucho.

 

Walk, Walk, Tango Close and find yourself finishing your Tango Basic on the terrace where the energetic strokes of Tarsila Chubert adorn the wall and the spirit of Argentina comes alive through colour.

 

As the hustle and bustle of the Streets of Gaucho continues into the night take your seat in the lustrous dining room to enjoy an authentic Argentine feast with the vivid flavours of salmon ceviche, and fall into a trance with the spiral cut rib-eye steak. But don’t forget to top it all off with a Gaucho favourite of delicious dulce de leche cheesecake as an artisans palate. Each one is a work of art.

SALMON CEVICHE
Aji Amarillo, yellow pepper, fresh mango and coriander

 

BEEF EMPANADA
Hand diced beef, red peppers, Spanish onion and aji molido with a chipotle chutney

Beef chorizo, served on confit pepper and pickled red inion

SPIRAL CUT RIB-EYE STEAK
Served with chunky chips and frisee salad
