Beet chips & yogurt dip
Ingredients for chips:
- Fresh beetroots (as many as you want to make)
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil
Ingredients for dip:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp. honey
- 1 – 2 Garlic cloves
- Some pepper
Peel and slice the beetroot into thin and even slices before coating them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 176 degrees Celsius and lay the beetroot slices on a baking paper. Bake them for 20 – 30 minutes while flipping them in between, or bake until crisp.
For the sauce, mix the Greek yogurt, honey, garlic, and pepper and use it as a dipping sauce for your chips.
