Pushing ones limits, that is the essence of the Snyper brand core values. For the past few months, we have been following two young and talented Swiss athletes who have demonstrated excellence in their respective disciplines. We had previously introduced Louis Delétraz, a Formula Renault 2.0 Racing Driver, today we turn our focus to Water-Skier Alizée Paturel, whose prowess on water got her the nickname “The Girl of the Water”.

About Alizée Paturel (born July 21st, 1997)
Alizée was only 2 years old when she made her waterskiing debut on her father’s shoulders, Gilles. Just one year later, at the tender age of three, Alizee was already gliding over water on her own skis. At nine, she entered her first competition. As years went by her passion remained and in 2011, she came second at the European Junior Championships. Last year, then 17, she won Gold in all the disciplines of the Swiss junior championship and a bronze medal at the European Championships in Madrid for “Tricks”. That same year, Alizée was selected to participate in the Junior World Championships in Peru, where she came 16th in the overall rankings out of 73 participants from 21 countries. For this feat, Alizée was proclaimed best Swiss female athlete hopeful for the year. Now onto 2015, where she won the Swiss Slalom Champion for the 5th year in a row! To top all these achievements, Alizé! e also came in 9th at the European Championships, her first time competing in the “Under 21” bracket.
