Alif Gallery is pleased to present an exhibition of work by Vyacheslav Useinov, artist well – known in his native Uzbekistan, where he works across a ranges of media and techniques. ‘Mixed Threads’ exhibition is an overview of his mature practice and favors the under – recognized genre of textile art. This exhibition takes place at a time of a tapestry renaissance, when textile art is been given more attention by collectors and investors.

Vyacheslav Useinov (b. 1962, Uzbekistan). In 1985, he graduated from Bobruisk College of Fine Arts. He has participated in numerous important exhibitions at home and abroad. His works are in collections at the State Museum of Arts, Fergana Museum of Art, Samarkand Museum of Art, World Bank collection, Washington and in privates collections in USA, France, Italy, Japan, Australia, Israel, Russia.
