The brunch spread uses many authentic French ingredients across a wide array of freshly-baked goodies and Viennoiseries, as well as French-inspired hot and cold dishes, salads, mains and dessert pastries, plus special sandwiches made with PT’s ‘straight-from-the-oven’ bread!
Le Petit Pascal Family Brunch kicks off on February 27, then every Friday from 11am to 4pm, at just AED 69 for kids and AED 99 for adults. Call Abu Dhabi on 02 4444 762 for reservations. Advanced booking is advised! www.pascaltepperfrenchbakery.com
The Story Behind Le Petit Pascal Baking Class For Kids
Learning to cook is an art and at Abu Dhabi’s Pascal Tepper French Bakery kids can discover baking tricks following decades-old recipes, re-created by Chef Pascal himself, at Le Petit Pascal Atelier, every Friday.
Hailing from a baking dynasty of some five generations, Chef Pascal grew up baking bread, Viennoiseries and pastries, fresh, three times a day.
The story goes that his father, Théo, remains an ardent defender of these traditional baking methods, passing his know-how and tips to Pascal from a very early age. Chef Pascal’s son, Julian is also following suit as a wonderful baker, and preparing to father the sixth generation of Tepper bakers, with a baby boy due soon!
