Bā Restaurant & Lounge will be serving a selection of signature Asian dishes, including the traditional Lo Hei (or Yee Sang) to each individual table allowing friends and family to interact whilst toasting good health and happiness. Lo Hei stems from the Chinese phrase “tossing up good fortune” and this fragrant salad symbolizes an abundance of good wealth and a long life with its fresh and vibrant ingredients. It is believed that the higher you toss your salad, the longer your luck will last so don’t hold back!
For a truly Asian New Year, enjoy a selection of Chinese inspired delicacies with the Chinese New Year set menu. This feast will include a variety of specialties from the authentic Bā kitchen, with Sashimi Salmon and Dried Scallop Soup with Stir-fried Chinese Duck Sausage with Asian Greens. As 2015 is the Year of the Goat, Bā Restaurant & Lounge will offer a complimentary beverage in Bā Lounge for those born during the Year of the Goat. Those born in 1991, 1979, 1967,1955, 1943, etc. will receive a complimentary Chinese Mule cocktail.
