Using legacy-steeped recipes passed down five generations, Chef Pascal’s team bake fresh, three times a day, seven days a week at Pascal Tepper French Bakery in Dubai Media City, and now at the newly-opened, dine-in bakery in Abu Dhabi’s IPIC Tower on IPC Square.
According to the Master Baker, his bread, Viennoiserie and pastries are made with authentic French ingredients flown from his hub in France, meaning the Tepper family baking tradition is present in every bite.
