Eating the right foods can help tremendously whilst eating the wrong ones cause an

even greater detriment to our biological machines. Processed foods, simple sugars, fast acting carbs like pastries, white rice, white pasta, alcohol, cigarettes,

MSG etc. and other inflammatory substances keep our bodies from healing themselves properly so pay attention to what you feed your body if aches and pains are a regular visitor…

Krill Oil

This magical oil can reduce inflammation by 20% in one week tests showed recently and it contains a potent antioxidant, Astaxanthin, 65 times more powerful than vitamin C. Great for chronic back aches and Osteoarthritis as it fights inflammation. In another study of rheumatoid arthritis patients, taking Krill oil resulted in a striking reduction in the number of tender joints and increase in the time span before fatigue appeared.


Cherries, especially tart cherries

You may already know that cherries are a strong anti-inflammatory. They can even help you get gout attacks under control. But the anthocyanin that turns cherries red may be more effective than aspirin at treating pain. Eating about 20 tart cherries had a similar or better effect—than taking aspirin for fighting inflammatory pain. A 25% decrease in inflammation, a major cause of pain was recorded in many test patients after eating cherries for just one month… Order the juice on line if cherries are difficult to find in your area.


Curcumin (TURMERIC)

Turmeric contains the compound Curcumin, which is a powerful painkiller known to block inflammatory proteins and enhance the body’s ability to suppress inflammation. Turmeric is used in place of pharmaceutical painkillers without any side effects to the organs including stomach, heart, liver and kidneys. Various studies put forth that turmeric eases the chronic pain of rheumatoid arthritis and is as powerful as any prescription medicine used to treat joint pain.400 to 600 mg of curcumin should be consumed three times daily. In order to improve absorption, it can be consumed with equal amounts of bromelain, an anti-inflammatory enzyme found in pineapples–20 minutes before meals for greater efficiency.



Ginger has been used medicinally for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine as a natural anti-inflammatory food. Dr. Krishna C. Srivastava, a world-renowned research on the therapeutic effects of spices, has also conducted extensive research into the anti-pain effects of ginger. In one study, Dr.Srivastava gave arthritic patients small amounts of ginger daily for three months. The majority of people had significant improvements in pain, swelling, and morning stiffness by eating ginger daily.. One can also make a Ginger/ Turmeric/ DMSO paste and apply it topically to sore joints. It works wonderfully well and I use this personally 3x per week for my arthritic knee…
