Switzerland

In 1848, the Swiss Federal Constitution was adopted in and Switzerland was established as a state. The country offers all kinds of panorama and lifestyles; it can be a magnificent lightning journey whether you've packed your hiking boots, or just a light scarf and a pair of sunglasses.

 

Basel

 

Basel is a mix between the German Rhineland and the French Alsace sweetened by the Rhine River and enlightened by 40 museums. Moreover, it included Art Basel, the world’s largest fair, as well as its famous February carnival and renowned theater. Moreover, the world’s most renowned watches fair, Baselworld, takes place in Basel on an annual basis.

 

Zurich

 

Zurich is the largest city of Switzerland at the end of Lake Zurich, a major center of international banking, national major companies and media, restaurants, famous brands, diversified restaurants, as well as renowned theatre festival Zürcher Theater Spektakel during the month of August.

 

Zürich now hosts Europe's largest annual street party. With church bell towers and a panorama enriched with hills and mountains, the medieval old town’s charms also appeal to conservatives.

 

Geneva

 

Geneva is a legend in and of itself. An international blossom of culture and art at the center of Europe is the main base of approximately 200 organizations, including the UN. The Swiss side of Lake Geneva offers castles, museums, woodland, and beaches.

 

The 140 meter-tall Jet d’Eau shoots up water with a 200km/hour force, creating a sky-high route, falling down in a magical rainbow on sunny days. Tourists walking on the pier are splashed with tiny drops of water and forever blessed by Geneva’s love of life.

 

Heidi

 

Heidi is a Swiss work of fiction, originally published in two parts as Heidi's years of learning and travel and Heidi makes use of what she has learned. Heidi is mainly a novel about a little girl in her grandfather's care, in the Swiss Alps. This best-selling book was dedicated to "children and those who love children" and was written in 1880 by Swiss author Johanna Spyri. Later on, it began showing on screens as one of the best series for kids.
